Jim Fong is a licensed Broker-Salesperson that has served in the Las Vegas area since 2005. He's been fortunate to help hundreds of clients buy and sell their homes throughout Southern Nevada. Currently, Jim leads the diverse Jim Fong Group capable of assisting clients in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Spanish. This group is a top producing team at Urban Nest Realty.

Jim earned a Bachelor of Business Administration & Finance from Boise State University in 2002 before making his home in Las Vegas. He's also completed studies abroad in China and is fluent in Chinese.

Prior to his career in real estate, Jim worked in the financial services industry. Buying and selling his first home sparked a passion for real estate which contributed to his current service on the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors Grievance Committee. Jim is a member of both the Asian Real Estate Association of America and the Global Business Committee at GLVAR. He's a three-time recipient of the Las Vegas Young Professional Network's 40 Under 40 Annual Award.

As a real estate investor and a Certified International Property Specialist, Jim is committed to providing expert and professional service to his clients. From first-time buyers to seasoned investors, Jim and his team are dedicated to serving their clients respectfully. Fast response times and expert negotiating skills serve Jim well as a Listing Specialist who helps sellers net top dollar for their house.

Personally, he's a yoga and fitness enthusiast and avid traveler. Not only is Jim a self-proclaimed Iron Chef, he is a great source for dining recommendations throughout the Vegas Valley. His love of sports has been passed to his two sons, and many weekends can find both Jim and his wife, Donnisha cheering them on. Although successful in his career, Jim measures his greatest achievement as his ability to help others. He teaches new real estate agents. He educates young people on financial responsibilities through Junior Achievement. He supports charities such as Three Square Food Bank and the USO.
